How will you promote my vacation rental?

Your property will appear on VIP Vacations rental website which over the years has gained many followers and repeat guests through our social media platform.

A detailed listing will be created for your property, highlighting all your homes special features with the offer to use our professional photographer to enhance your vacation home.   

This listing will then be distributed worldwide on all major marketplaces, including HomeAway, VRBO, Airbnb etc.

How do you determine pricing for my home?

VIP management are continually monitoring the vacation rental market and our competitors. Our pricing strategy is based on serval key factors.

1. Location, Location Location.

Is your home located in a gated community? Has your community got onsite facilities? Is your property easily accessible to shops, restaurants and parks?

2. Property size

This one speaks for itself, prices is determined by the size of the home. 

3. Seasonal 

Nightly rates are determined by the time of year and the fluctuations in demand. 

4. Property facilities 

This includes things such as,  private pool, games room, Tv's in all rooms, Spa, South facing etc.

5. Property furnishings

Guests look for modern, clean and up to date properties and again this is reflected in price.

All pricing strategies are discussed with the owners prior to being advertised. A minimum nightly rate will be agreed to allow flexibility with pricing to maximize rentals.


How do you handle traveler inquiries?

We ensure that any inquiry we receive is  answered within minutes, seven days a week . 

In this competitive market it essential to be on hand to answer any questions or queries, potential guests may have to order to secure your booking. 

How are guest payments handled?

The majority of all transactions are made online via credit card. All card fees determined by the processer are charged directly to the guests through their booking fee.

Booking funds are credited into the owners account at the end of each month. 

How do I get paid?

At the end of every month you will receive your itemized statement highlighting all income and expenditure. 

Payment to the owners is a quick an easy process. There are several ways that owners can withdraw funds from their account at any time. Direct deposit into your personal bank account, PayPal, check, or cash deposit are just a few. 

How do you handle security deposits & property damages?

Every booking that we take requires guests to pay a security and damage deposit. The deposit that is taken is totally dependent on which portal the guest decide to book through.

The majority of our bookings are protected by the CSA travel and insurance services. This covers all accidental damages at no cost to our owners. It provides more coverage for a lot less hassle and increases renter confidence in knowing that they are protected too. All claims are fast and easy and are usually processed in 24hours.

All bookings generated through our tour operator are covered by the operator themselves. 

In the unlikely event damages should occur, owners can rest assured that these will taken care of at no cost to them. 

Do you help with guest communications?

Yes. VIP will take care of all guest communication from the initial booking stage, all the way through to the check out. Each home is provided with a guest manual with all the properties information, such as WIFI codes, Service days and any other relevant information needed.

We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact number should they need to get hold of us for any reason. 

Can I still use my home for personal use?

Of Course! With the use of your owners portal you are able to block out any dates, you, your family or friends intend to stay. Most owners will keep an assigned locked closet for any personal items that they wish to keep at their home. 

What are your fees?

VIP offer a one time flat monthly fee for our management package.

We charge an all time industry low of just 15% booking commission which includes all guest management.

We have no hidden fees. Please contact us for all price related questions.
